*We recommend 25% to be paid to your Angels on your departure and 75% on your return.

 
CANCELLATION PROTECTION

To give our clients peace of mind we are now offering Cancellation Protection. This provides you with protection against any last minute challenges in having to cancel you holiday.

Example: Cancellation of a fourteen day booking, received less than thirteen days before your departure would result in a fee of £251.86 being retained by Animal Angels, and a further 20% of the sitter’s fee being due to them, which would be at least £80.00, making a total of £331.86. Had Cancellation Protection been selected for £24.50, you would be receiving a refund of £251.86 and NOTHING would be due to the sitter.

The cost of Cancellation Protection is £1.75 per day and can be applied to any booking of 5 days or more with 14 days or more notice.
